The Alternative Board provides a productive, affordable solution to a high-priced board of directors. TAB is a peer advisory
group comprised of owners, CEOs, Presidents, and managing partners of closely-held companies. Each board consists of 7-10 members
in non-competing businesses who learn from each other's mistakes and successes. Board members give each other practical advice
based on their collective experience — which average 200 to 300 years. Listening to other members will spur creativity and
develop new business ideas.
Each TAB Board member receives guidance from a certified facilitator. The facilitator has at least 20 years of experience in
leading businesses. Between the meetings, each facilitator and board member meets to prioritize business needs, develop a
long-term plan, and implement strategies formulated during board meetings.
